Culture & Partnership

In 2009, we established the ARA Endowment Fund as part of our mission to create a lasting legacy of support for our community. Our goal is to grow the principal balance of the Fund and provide meaningful donations in perpetuity.

The Fund is a registered Australian charity in its own right. Every year, 100% of the annual interest earned on the balance is donated to three select partnerships:

The GO Foundation, The Indigenous Literacy Foundation and The David Lynch Foundation.

Reconciliation Action Plan

Environmental Automations for reconciliation is for a more inclusive and meaningful Australian business sector. Our RAP aims to provide solid opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their business to succeed.

ARA Indigenous Services’ General Manager Suzanne Grech led the initiative for Environmental Automation to embark on an ‘Innovate’ RAP framework so that we could start making tangible and meaningful change in our company, our communities and our spheres of influence.
